This second floor condo is located right on the edge of the University of FL campus. Great location with free parking—no dealing with finding parking on football game days! You’ll enjoy the newly remodeled condo with king size bed, walk-in closet, hi-speed internet, Sling TV/Netflix, and open floor living. Blackout curtains in the bedroom allow for sleeping in as late as you like. The café table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, tea, or your favorite beverage.

The condo is very conveniently located for football and baseball games, special events at the O’Connell Center and Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, UF Health, downtown Gainesville, shopping and entertainment at the recently expanded Butler Plaza, and so much more! The condo complex is home to mostly graduate and professional students.
If you’ve ever been on the university campus, then you’re probably well aware of how difficult parking can be on campus. One perk of staying at this condo is you’ll be provided with two parking passes so you can leave your vehicle at the condo (NOTE: The north entrance/exit to the condo complex leads directly onto the University of Florida campus where the speed limit is 20 MPH campus wide and is strictly enforced). There are also convenient bus lines that usually pass by every 3-20 minutes. All day $3 passes can be purchased directly from the bus driver and is good for unlimited rides for one day.
Important note:
This condo is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.
