Your Mission Beach home is a comfortable, detached cottage in one of the most idyllic and fun beach towns in the country. Exceptionally rare amenities for a beach bungalow in this location: multiple, dedicated off-street parking spaces, washer and dryer in unit, beach walk deck for lounging in the sun and literally steps from the bay sand beach and a couple blocks to the Mission Beach Boardwalk and Pacific Ocean.

The space is a cozy cottage just under 500 square feet. There is a full kitchen and full sized washer and dryer in the home. One queen sized bed in the bedroom with pocket doors for the bedroom and bathroom. Couch is a convertible, lay flat which can accommodate guests if needed, but keep in mind there is only one queen sized bed. There is a dedicated parking space behind the unit and a two additional tandem spaces in the lot next door if needed.

There is a smart lock on the front door, and you'll receive a custom four digit code prior to your arrival that'll be active during your stay.

Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible terms to suit your specific need. The city is in process of doing some improvements to the water lines in our alley, and there are a few large speed bumps leading up to our parking lot.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.

Mission Beach is one of the most amazing beach communities in the country. It's located on a sandbar between The Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. The cottage is conveniently located one house in from the sand of the idyllic Mission Bay and right next to the Catamaran Resort. Use of their amenities is only a short jaunt away including Sunset Cruises on the Bahia Belle, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas, Movies on the Bay, Rentals for Paddleboards, Bicycles, Boats, Wakeboards, etc. Additional fees at Catamaran may apply for use of certain amenities.
