This a fun and relaxed house with an upscale feel. We do have basic rules of respect without being stuffy. There is a 2 person per room maximum by law.
Events must be prearranged. $75/hr & up plus bar service & $25-$50/extra guests. Call with any questions or to arrange special gift & wine packages. Free concierge services available. We have a preferred vendor list but are happy to work with party planners and photographers to make any occasion extra special.

Pet friendly with fee in 1st fl room. The 3rd floor is where you may occasionally hear our 2 dogs. They don't have access to the guest portions at all & most guests are surprised when they see them going on walks because they are rarely heard. We have a cat the occasionally comes upstairs or inside.

My husband, George, and myself, Lori, are fun, kind and outgoing. Meeting new people and respecting diversity matters. We bought this incredible B&B after staying here for my husband's reunion in June 2017. It was love at first sight! It is a dream come true to share our passion with others. We loved competing in the Orlando Chili Cook-off & other cooking competitions every year in Fl. We both have several trophies & ribbons to show for it. We enjoyed going to estate sales almost every weekend treasure hunting for New Old things. After looking at all the amazing homes available around the country listed on Airbnb, we were hooked! I was often told I should host. I never expected we'd buy a place like this. Fate stepped in and here we are in my husband's home town doing what we love best; entertaining and cooking.

All are welcome! We will not hover, but available as needed. We live in a separate apartment on the 3rd floor. Please let us know if you need complete privacy at any time. We enjoy getting to know our guests but respect your space.

Our team will cook for you every morning at 9 am. Brunch upon request.
We have our liquor license for wine selections & Mimosas, Bloody Mary's and Bellini's can be ordered with breakfast or an evening cocktail with cheese trays.
You are invited to enjoy all of the rooms on the first floor as well as the outside areas. Grab a drink and a baked good to sit on the wrap-around porch or picnic on the lawn.
You can expect to find us around the house in the morning and usually the kitchen until 11am after breakfast cleaning. We don't want to impose, but we love meeting new people. You are welcome to join us for a game or chat while we cook. If privacy is what you came for, we will ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We live on the 3rd floor with a private stairway & entrance so we don't enter B&B unless needed.
