Within a 15 minute walk you will find,PLAYA DEL NIÑO a public beach with free palapas, toilets and showers and The PUERTO JUÁREZ seafood restaurants from the cheap ones on the beach to the most sophisticated and recognized restaurants.
We are about 10 minutes by car or public transport from the entrance to the Hotel Zone.

All services are included without limits, except electricity, which has an included allowance of 12 kW / h per day. The excess will be charged at 6 Mexican pesos per kW / h and can be paid in cash upon departure or through Airbnb.
Please turn off the air conditioning, electrical appliances and lights when not in use to avoid additional charges.
Our properties are configured for autonomous entry (self Check in) 24 hours a day. The keys are obtained by opening a security box installed in the entrance of the accommodation with a password that we give you when booking. If you need face-to-face assistance to help you with your arrival or any other detail, we will provide it to you at no extra charge between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you need face-to-face assistance from our staff after 4:30 pm. fees may apply. If required, our hosts provide personalized assistance by phone 24 hours a day.

Lombardo Toledano is the oldest urban area in Cancun, where the first concrete houses were built. Due to its proximity to the sea in 1988 it was devastated by the Gilberto Hurricane and in 2005 by Wilma Hurricane.
Originally founded by fishermen, the neighborhood isn't fancy at all, has a village touch reminiscent of Traditional Mexican neighborhoods . Vendors pass through its streets offering their products like bread, fruit, juices, ice cream, desserts, snacks, fresh fish, lobster and other seafood.
The neighbors open their houses doors with small food businesses. there are convenience stores, Pharmacy, liquors store, butcher shop, barber shop, restaurants, tacos store, pizza store, coffee shops.
The closest beach goes from Puerta del Mar to Puerto Cancun, there is almost never anyone on this beach, access to it is through 45th Street, a small alley that leads to the shrimp fishers dock, located in front of the Circle K store of Puerto Juárez. passing Puerta del Mar on López Portillo Avenue.
The Ferry to Isla Mujeres is very close, 10 minutes walking. the archaeological ruins of El Meco are about 10 minutes by public transport or car, the property is on the way to Isla Blanca, the last pristine beaches near Cancun.
