Lane Cottage is a small south facing cottage with french doors opening onto a lawn giving wide views of the Lanherne valley and the sea. A small bathroom with bath/shower and w/c, and a double bedroom open off the living room. From the bedroom a short, steep, narrow, cupboard staircase leads up to a low, sloping ceilinged attic room with two single beds and a sea view, suitable for children.
房源空間 The Cottage is part of a collection of stone buildings that was once a working farm. Lane is a small cosy cottage with elm floored living area with wood burning stove and open plan kitchen, it is a very light space with lots of east and south facing windows. It has a large garden and adjacent parking.
The cliff path crosses National Trust coastline, the quiet village is a ten-minute stroll, with surf school, sea side boutiques, very well stocked mini market and deli, fish ‘n’ chips, local pub and restaurants, all you need for a great seaside holiday walking distance from the cottage. The coastal path stretches to Newquay, Watergate Bay and Padstow (good bus service, too) and there’s a friendly farm shop down the valley on your way to the ancient village of St Mawgan. It’s a short drive to the Eden Project, Padstow or St Ives, but mostly you can leave the car behind.
