Our second floor condo (level entry) has "seasonal" mountain views and is within walking distance and/or a very short drive to local restaurants.
The property is also under 3 miles to the Overlook Barn wedding venue and walking distance to Ski Beech, snow tubing, ice skating, ski village, skiing and restaurants, plus the Buckeye Recreation Center is just a short drive away!
For cozy nights, enjoy sitting by the electric fireplace or on your private covered balcony.
There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom with walk in closet and a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room to accommodate a 3rd and 4th guest. Each room has separate remote controlled 52" ceiling fans.
There's a 4K 55" smart TV in the living room with Charter Sectrum service plus an internet streaming blu-Ray / DVD player (6 dvds included). The bedroom has a brand new 4K 50" ROKU smart tv as well.
There's also a completely remodeled 4 piece ensuite bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled rainfall shower and double vanity.
18 USB outlets, 2 each at the Keurig breakfast bar, bedroom and in the bathroom, living room make charging your phone, tablet or laptop a breeze. FREE password protected WiFi included!
On the breakfast bar there's a JAM Bluetooth portable speaker to use anywhere inside the condo or on the balcony. Balcony has two chairs, a love seat plus a bistro table with 2 chairs and 2 stools.
The kitchen remodel includes a NEW 3 piece Frigidaire suite - side by side refrigerator with ice maker in the door, electric range with oven, dishwasher and built in microwave. There are new pots, pans, knife set, dishes, utensils, flatware, slow cooker, blender and Keurig coffee maker for creating special meals and lifelong memories.

We supply you with the basics for a light breakfast: Pancake mix, syrup, Keurig k-cups, instant oatmeal, sugar and sweetener. We also have salt, pepper and general spices In kitchen cupboard.
You’ll also find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plus we supply all linens and towels.
Should the need arise, you will have your own washer & dryer combo, plus laundry detergent in your condo.
For easy access, this building is also on a paved road with paved parking area right out front.

Whether it is spring, summer, fall or winter Beech Mountain is a magical place.
Snow skiing in winter is the best in the south due to our high elevation.
At times during colder months (anytime November thru late March), Four wheel drive, all wheel drive or chains may be required to get to our condo.
In the spring, the beauty of nature starts to pop with beautiful Mountain Laurels, Rhododendrons and much more.
Summer provides a cool, lush environment for hiking, attending festivals, outdoor music events and more.
And, Fall at Beech Mountain comes early and with beautiful colors every where. The wildlife is most active as they prepare for winter.
NO PETS!
Unfortunately, this includes service and emotional support animals. Jim is a double lung transplant patient with a suppressed immune system and cannot be around where animals have stayed. Since this is our home throughout the year, our pet ban is all inclusive due to health reasons. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION!

What a great home base to visit the High Country. Wonderful people, hiking, and biking trails, nearby gem mining, waterfalls, rafting, fishing and some excellent restaurants! And, of course the ski resort just a 10 minute walk away!

My wife, Tamara, and I travel often. We are almost exclusively Airbnb users in addition to being hosts. Currently we are renting our condos in North Carolina, USA and Roatan, Honduras to guest. We use them often, but make them available when we are not there. We love North Carolina high country. I first visited Beech Mountain as a child to see the "Land of OZ" and many years later spent our honeymoon at Beech Mountain. We first visited Roatan, Honduras in 2003 and invested in Sueños Suite in 2018. We love traveling the world, but find many opportunities to discover the USA as well. We partner with our daughter, Bethany and friend Brittany, in managing our condos.
My wife, Tamara, and I travel often. We are almost exclusively Airbnb users in addition to being hosts. Currently we are renting our condos in North Carolina, USA and Roatan, Hondu…
