Located 20 min drive from Orlando Airport, 8 miles from Disney, 15 miles from Sea World , 17 miles from Universal studios , lots of Gulf courses to choose from if you play gulf .
My husband and I we come here often so we keep the house clean and stay on top of the Maintance.

we are following CDC guidelines for cleaning ( extra time between guest stay min of 2 days , every surface is washed with soap , rinsed then sprayed with sanitizer )preparation and stock up our home with essentials like disposable gloves , paper towels, hand sanitizers , antibacterial wipes, and extra spray sanitizers for guest uses 🧹🚿🧹
Fast speed internet you can hook up up to 10 devices
cable tv with over 200 channels in Each Room
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers , toaster, electric grill utensils plenty of plates,serving Platers ,glasses including a wine glasses and ice bucket.
Full laundry with Washer and Dryer , Iron and Ironing Board
There are 4 bedrooms
1 master bedroom suite on first floor
2nd Master suite on second floor with 2 other Bedrooms and additional bathroom
Every bedroom has its own Smart TV.
One Baby playpen .
Spacious bathrooms with towels , soaps , shampoo, conditioners and hair dryers.
Screen patio with table and chairs
Private Balcony
There are 2 parking spots a front of the house.
Walking distance to one of the biggest community pool , tennis court, gym

This is gated community so you need a gate code every time you enter so it’s very safe however please don’t park on the street after 7pm .
Please take care of the house as your own it’s not a hotel if you have any questions or requests or issues please contact me right away I’m always by the phone
