Welcome to my little hidden jem of beautiful city of Maribor.
My (and my boyfriend’s ) apartment is meant to be your home,... away from home.
It is a petit, cozy and newly decorated apartment in the centre of Maribor.
Containing everything you wish for, on your travels. A big queen bed, to relax after a long day of exploring, TV, FREE WI-FI.
Kitchen with dining area (and a welcome gift, for our visitors).

The 35 m2 apartment is on the top of the Building, in the 3 th floor. It is fast close to the heart of the city centre, and opposite the main bus and train station. It consists of 1 bedrooms, dining room/a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a big queen bed, with new and clean mattress, which is exchanged for each guest.
This is a NO-SMOKING flat. We understand that some people do need it though, so feel free to smoke outside of the building.
PARKING:
Due to stricter rules about parking in our apartment complex, we do not have a free parking spot for our Airbnb guests.
There is a possibility to park outside of the building for free (but it is not necessary it will be available). Otherwise there is a parking zone just outside the building (but requires buying a parking ticket).
ALSO INCLUDED:
-desinfectant
- free high-speed wireless internet
-TV
- new kitchen and general electricals (a water heater, a contact grill, refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooker, dishes, glasses in kitchen etc.),
- hot water and heating ( you can adjust the temperature yourself) , clean sheets and towels provided
- Hair dryer
- Each guest gets towels and slipers ( I wash them after your use)
- Welcoming gift for every visitor.

Guests have the whole apartment for themselves.

IMPORTANT: This is a residential building, so STRICTLY no parties and anti social behaviour will be tolerated. Responsible and respectful students welcome. We love our neighbours and we would like to keep it that way.
At all times, you can feel relaxed as we remain at your disposal for any information by email, SMS or telephone.
Pets
We are pets lovers, but do not be sad if your favorite companion can not come with you.

Hey there. My name is Sara and i am a 21 year old student (considering myself as a young adult), who is following her path to becoming a sucessful economist. Me and my boyfriend are studying/living in Maribor, and we are welcoming you to our apartment, while we will be home studying for our exams. Because in the time of our summer exams, our apartment will be empty we would like to share our little apartment with YOU travelers, so your travel will be even better. Traveling has always been a big part of my life. Since i was a little child my family and I were traveling places, i have seen a big part of our amazing world. Now that i am a little bit bigger i love to travel with my boyfriend, or do it as a volunteer. There is something about traveling that takes your heart. And because i am quite aware of the expenses that us travelers come across i decided to be a host, to make travels for people cheaper and easier. I am very open minded and adventurous person, and will be more than happy to host any of you trusted people in my little home. My favourite moto is from Mark Twain, and it says: "Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like it's heaven on earth."
