Spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Kiev, near Khreschatyk Street, Bessarabska square, "Leo Tolstoy Square" and "Teatralna" metro stations, a plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

Comfortable luxury apartment with excellent remodelling done to European standards. The apartment has 2 separate rooms, the number of sleeping berths - 4, lounge with fireplace, big kitchen. The house is adjoint to Premier palace hotel, 5 minutes walk to Khreshchatyk Street. At the same time the apartment is facing the courtyard, so the noise of the center is not heard; due to the high fifth floor the windows command a lovely view, there is also a park nearby. The apartment is well-appointed with all necessary appliances, high-speed Internet, window plants, etc. Maid services and parking are available.

Andriyivsky Uzviz (Андріївський узвіз) or Andrew's Descent - At the top of this quaint, very rough cobblestone street is St Andrew's Church (closed for restoration in 2011). Sidewalks are gradually being added to the Descent but, meanwhile, take a good pair of shoes. Andrew's Descent winds down to Kontraktova Ploshcha in Podil. The street is lined with souvenir sellers, restaurants, galleries and museums. Touristy but retains charm.
Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Майдан Незалежності) - Independence Square, located on Khreshchatyk Street. Maidan is known throughout the world as the place where supporters of Yushchenko and the Orange Revolution camped for weeks on end in October 2004. This is a central meeting place in Kiev.
