Our federation two storey house is in the centre of Augusta townsite with exceptional views of Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River. The perfect place to rest before or after walking the world class stunningly beautiful Cape to Cape track. Relax with a bath before falling into a very comfy bed. We love our south west corner and will delight in helping you fall in love with it too.

The Presidential Suite with queen bed, ensuite TV and sitting area is a delight with views across Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River is all yours to enjoy. The ensuite has shower with two shower types, double deep bath and separate toilet.

Guests are able to access the theatre room, games room, laundry, all outdoor verandahs and deck. Upstairs is where we live and you are welcome to come up and chat and interact with us. Please ask how to use the laundry machines before using. There is plenty of room for off road parking. A light self service breakfast, tea and coffee are available at all times.

The house is in the town centre close to everything, shops cafes and the bus. The river is a short walk and the beach is about 1.5kms. Everything is within walking distance and we now have the newly renovated Colour Patch small bar/cafe/restaurant a beautiful stroll along the river.

I am firstly a Wife, mother and Grandmother my family are what's most important to me. I live in the most beautiful place, love adventures and the outdoors and am the luckiest person I know.
