Water source is an artesian well and treated with ultra violet lights , no chlorine, no chems, best water in town. Malls and cinema 3 minutes away. Private parking, no large noisy parking lots or common hallways with late night traffic...very very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your your sleep with a Stearns/Foster queen mattress in the bedroom.

Construction on these units began in the Fall of 2017. There are 12 units available. In off season locals from out of town rent them instead of travelling long distances over winter roads to get to work. These units took a year to design and I have not missed very many things required for guests to "Stay Entertained, and Depart Rested."

The units are located in East Side Village, 4 minutes from Cat Ferry, 4 minutes from center town and 3 minutes from Malls/cinema. Fresh fish (daily) is used by the local restaurants and one of the best kept secrets is that you will not find better seafood anywhere in Canada. Haddock is used for fish and chips, and available from home cooking restaurants such as Merns or Dinner Plate at $10.99 (Fridays for a large) to 12.99...more than you can eat. The best hot lobster sandwich can be found at the Dinner PLate for 16.95(2019 prices) as well as the best seafood chowder and a large breakfast that you will not be able to eat for $8.95 (2019). East Side Village is located on the East Side of Yarmouth adjacent to the International Airport-but the airport is largely inactive with no scheduled flights. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
