The apartment is an incredible place to spend a few days in the vibrant city of Madrid. The living room, an open space nicely furnished, has all the comforts to enjoy a stay in total relax. Take a glass of wine with your partner, family or friends in the patio that opens to the blue sky of the capital and you will enjoy the light from the morning until dusk; or savour a coffee prepared with an Italian moka on the rounded terrazzo table in the second patio under a big white umbrella that will provide all the privacy you need. An excellent and comfortable apartment, where the interior modernity is mixed with the tradition of the neighbourhood with a careful attention to detail with works of artists and craftsmen from all over the world since its owner is an tireless traveller.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant and typical Madrid building from the 40s with a lift (that you do not need as you will go down a few steps). The apartment has a nice living room with a glass door that leads to the first patio, where you will find different plants and two wooden benches and side tables to enjoy a relaxed conversation with a glass of wine after a day of walking.
The living room, comfortable and cozy, has a large sofa bed (do not worry about the sheets, they are also included!), Flat screen TV with a large package of channels and dining table for up to 4 people. The kitchen integrated into the living room is fully equipped and has all the necessary cooking items. Including the appliances - fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave - for your convenience and to make you feel at home. The house also has a second patio decorated to the smallest detail with a circular table and four chairs in case you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside by candlelight.
The bathroom is modern with an integrated double shower and includes a hair dryer, soap and shampoo so you do not have to carry them from your home.
The bedroom is cozy with a large picture that gives character and has a double bed and a practical dressing room and two bedside tables with books between which you can discover the secret and magical Madrid.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating by warm air; the kitchen is electric glass ceramic so you will stay in a house of zero emissions contributing to a healthier city.

Check in available from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive before 3:00 p.m. we can try to plan an early check in after 12:00 noon whenever possible.
The check out is at 11 o'clock in the morning, when the cleaning staff will arrive. Leave the apartment according to the instructions provided.
We are an Airbnb with a license for tourist use, for this reason all our guests must provide their ID or passport in order to comply with legal requirements.
