The static caravan is located in our garden close to the river , it has 3 bedrooms ( one double bedroom , and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each ) a kitchen (with gas oven , small fridge with freezer compartment , plates , cutlery , knives etc provided) living room with TV , free wifi , shower room and separate WC. There is a small outside seating area overlooking the river with a small bbq for guests to use . No smoking or pets sorry :)

Our place is very peaceful and quiet , as we are located in a very small village . The caravan is located in our large garden , the garden has a river running along the bottom of it and is mainly lawned , there is lovely views from the caravan of the river and the field behind .

Guests should know that we have 2 very well behaved dogs that live on the property ( a labrador- Benjy and a westie cross scottie - Daisy )
