Just a few minutes from the centre of Palma de Mallorca with breathtaking view of the lush vegetation and the mountains and sea on the horizon Palma Bay.
It is situated in a quiet area next Golf Courses and it has 2 light-flooded living rooms with a purist interior, a dining room, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with a queen size bed and 2 with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms. It is full equipped for 8 people and It has a wonderful views.
Just a few minutes from the centre of Palma de Mallorca with breathtaking view of the lush vegetation and the mountains and sea on the horizon Palma Bay. With extensive ground space complete with private pool and BBQ, guests can enjoy their holiday at their own leisure in perfect style.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Barbacue, TV , board games, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area you will find a sun and a covered terrace with a seating area for communal meals and a large tiled terrace with a pool area. Cool down in the 50 m² pool or under the outdoor showers and read a good book on the sun loungers. The fenced outdoor area also offers a - everyday stress is quickly forgotten here! The nearest supermarket is 2.7 km away and restaurants and bars 2.5 km away. You reach dreamlike beaches and bays after a 15-minute drive.
The Villa is situated in a quiet area in Palma countryside, 500 meters from the house, on the main road, there are water tanks of the company Emaya. In this place only the drinking water of the city that comes from a natural source is analyzed. It is very safe and they do not use chemical products.

To enjoy your holidays It's necessary to rent your own transport. The house is in a isolated area and the taxi service sometimes is not good enough.
If you use more than 60 Kw per day, an extra cost of 0.25 €/ per extra Kw will be charged.
In case of losing a set of keys, please replace with another set or an administration fee of 150 € will be charged to cover the cost for its replacement. The same happens with the alarm control. It replacement cost 150 €.
Regarding the cleaning. When using make up, Suncream, nail polish and other cosmetics please take care to NOT stain the furniture, towels and bed linen, or a extra cleaning fee will be charged.
The ID or Passport from all of you have been showed because we need to report them to authorities.
