Very Quiet & great for 1-2 guests who desire their own space w/ full kitchen,1 bed1/bath, Queen bed, breakfast nook, 2 balconies & living area. Unit has washer & dryer inside the unit. This 2nd floor unit overlooks the Hoggtown Creek in NW GNV. Located 10 mins to UF & 5 mins to Publix, & Starbucks.
Located on bus line (Rt. 15) & close to airport. One of 40 units in a community where some have resided in the complex for 10-20 years. WiFi. Will accommodate early arrivals if possible.NO TV.

NOTE: I am looking into adding CABLE to wifi package with Cox due to quarantine. Second floor unit overlooking Hoggtown Creek. Cozy & super clean 1/1 studio. Many residents enjoy finding ancient sharks teeth in the creek bed. You will enjoy your privacy. WiFi. Recent updates include new vinyl plank flooring, new light fixtures, updated bathroom and comfortable queen sized bed. Items included: coffee, kitchen utensils, fresh towels & linens, washer & dryer + detergent, iron, and ironing board.

Unit is located on second floor of apartment. The parking lot has excellent lighting for late night entries. Very quiet creekside apartment.
This complex is a hidden gem. Most people don't even know it exists.
Your host travel a lot and cleanliness is my number one priority. Please know we have monthly pest control by Brooker Pest Control.
The bathroom is completely bleached down between each guest. All towels are bleached heavily between each guest. The bed and furniture is wiped down. All bed linens are washed in hot water off -site; no linens are reused by guests. Pillows are generally double -covered for your protection.
Very occasionally there will be drain flies (like fruit flys); this is a common nuisance in Florida despite the best in pest control and cleanliness.
While no place is perfect; we take pride in knowing our friends and relatives also utilize the apartment so we treat your stay as if you are family.
Also, accidents happen. Just send me a message if something breaks; more to give me heads up to stock for next visitor.
Please do not use the fireplace. It has not been evaluated by a chimney sweep. No one has ever smoked cigarettes in the apartment. Occasionally if you sit next to the fireplace—well, it smells like a fireplace despite many years of no usage.
There is no cable TV in the apartment . There is a TV if you have Roku stick or a portable DVD player.
Please inquiry about included items and amenities. In order to keep the prices very low; the amenities are very basic. There are not accommodations for more than two adult guests. You are welcome to invite friends and guests but dining seating is limited.
Please adjust the thermostat to your comfort. Please leave the air on 78 degrees when warm out and 70 degrees during winter.
There are tons of leaves in this complex. Even after the deepest clean; we often deliver the apartment with a few leafs inside.
Parking is open parking. Plenty of parking spaces. As in all cities; lock your vehicles.
