Beautiful chalet in the peaceful grounds of Norton Park, just over one mile from the historical town of Dartmouth.

Our chalet allows floods of natural light from the large windows looking out over the park and is situated close enough to Dartmouth town centre to enjoy the bustling town life but with the views and peace of a country retreat.
Ideal for a family holiday, nestled peacefully above the historic port of Dartmouth, this cosy self-catered holiday chalet offers the perfect base to explore South Devon or to relax and unwind in the peaceful location of Norton Park.
The kitchen allows plenty of space and light for preparing meals, it is fully equipped with all the essentials you need and is fully integrated with fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and hob.
The sitting room has two double sofas and one is a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and watching TV and the sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space for families with children that prefer to sleep separately. There's plenty of seating for all the family, perfect for nights in with a movie.
There are two lovely bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and views of the park. The wardrobes provide lots of storage space so you can store your suitcases away and make the place your own.
The recently renovated bathroom offers a shower. Bath and toilet.
The grassy outside space surrounding the property is perfect for al fresco eating, sunbathing or for relaxing with a glass of wine in the sun.
The chalet has it's own allocated parking space which can be clearly seen from the front window. There is an expansive communal area for any resident to enjoy, and fantastic views to be seen overlooking the stunning River Dart.
Dartmouth is renowned for its award winning restaurants, cafes and bars tailored to suit everyone’s tastes. There are tons of country/traditional english pubs and seafood restaurants situated all along the coastline which are well worth a visit.
The chalet is just minutes drive from several stunning Blue Flag beaches as well as Britannia Royal Naval college and Dartmouth Castle. If you are willing to venture a little further you may want to visit the towns of Totnes, Salcombe and Kingsbridge.
Sainsbury's and Lidl's are two minutes away from the chalet and Co-op and Marks & Spencer can be found in Dartmouth town centre. Dartmouth also has a great variety of shops, galleries and boutiques as well as a market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Dartmouth Leisure Centre and the brand new Indoor Pool are just along from the Park and the Outdoor Pool is open from June to September.
Coastal walks can be accessed from Little Dartmouth; a map can be found in the carpark and The Ham at Dittisham is located right next to the beach and has a play park for children.
Please note that if you need to use the sofa bed it is necessary for you to bring your own bedding including sheets, duvet, cover and pillows, as well as towels for the persons using the sofa bed.
There is an additional charge cleaning charge if you are bringing your dog. £20 per one dog, £30 per 2 dogs. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog.
Any bookings made during Regatta Week are provided with a complimentary bottle of Sharpham Champagne and welcome pack.

The chalet enjoys peaceful views of the grass lawn in front then countryside views of fields and hillsides. Norton Park is the ideal place to recharge your batteries it occupies a large area and the grounds are for the private use of guests staying at the park only so it is tranquil and ideal for walking your dog. A free parking space is included in the car park. There are never too many people about yet it is conveniently located just 10 minutes drive from the centre of historical Dartmouth where there is always something going on, Sainsburys and Lidl supermarkets are just up the road and Blackpool Sands is only a short drive away.
