For any questions, instead of calling my cell (which you're more than welcome to do) please message in the Airbnb app so my onsite co-hosts can assist as needed. This will yield a faster response since I have a team addressing guest requests.
There is a shared laundry room on the side of the building. Please shake sand out thoroughly before use.
There is a hose on the rear patio to wash sand off your feet so it doesn’t get tracked throughout the building.
You can go to greatwhitewatersports.com and reserve kayaks, pontoons& jet skis for your watersport pleasure. Its about 3 miles down

This apartment is located in Norfolk, Virginia, United States.
There is very little street parking so only residents really use the beach. Our beach has a North East exposure and we’re technically on the bay which means the water is mostly calm making it perfect for swimming. The sand falls of very gradually so you have plenty of shallow swimming, perfect for children.
The beach is also dog friendly during summer dogs are allowed access on the beach before 10am and after 6pm with a leash. Just have to pick up after them. In winter after Labor Day dogs are allowed to be on the beach anytime with or without a leash.
