Guests can access all of the one bedroom property, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Fully self contained with communal lift access to the apartment. Check in times 2.30pm-9pm Check out time 11am
I will meet you initially to hand over keys and fob access to the apartments. I will be available throughout your stay for help or advice, however, we will respect your privacy to enjoy your stay.

Keep noise to minimum as to avoid disturbing neighbours as this property is located in a private city centre residential apartment complex and particular attention needs to be paid to noise levels whilst residing as guests. Parties or excessive noise levels can not be tolerated. Leave space neat and tidy before check out. Switch off lights and heating when leaving apartment. Upon checkout lock door and post keys in letterbox in the entrance this will be shown to you on check in. Any issues with apartment must be notified immediately to host upon check in and not after check out in order to be rectified. Failure to do so will be breach of rules and no refund will be given. Contactable (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and on this number after 5pm for emergencies only or to arrange the meet and greet to first access the apartment.
