Complete with private, exterior entrance, free parking, a porch suited for two, and a full en-suite bathroom, this room can be made as 1 comfortable king bed OR 2 comfortable twin beds.
Conveniently situated a block from "Restaurant Row", you're most difficult decision will be which restaurant, local pub, bake shop or deli you want to try that day.

COVID 19 Commitment: Your safety is our TOP PRIORITY. We have a built-in UV-C germicidal light in our HVAC that inactivates bacteria/viruses as the air passes/circulates. We are using hospital grade UV-C Germicidal lamps in guest rooms, bathrooms and common spaces between guests, to attack surfaces. Rooms have medical grade Air Purifiers with triple True HEPA-13 filters that will trap 99.99% of airborne particles down to .1 micron. And lastly, we do our own housekeeping which will ensure 100% compliance and less opportunity to introduce "new germs".
Enjoy your beverages on the porch built for two, or walk around to the front of the house and people watch on our wrap around porch.

From the front wrap around porch, you can enjoy the living room, dining room and mini fridge that is just inside. There is a dining deck available to, should you want to dine al fresco.

BREAKFAST: A cooked to order hot breakfast is available, at an additional charge, between 7:30-9:30am. We must know the night before if you would like to include breakfast.
PET FRIENDLY: This room is dog friendly (under 40lbs). Please note that if you intend to bring your fur baby, we must know in advance, AND there is a $50 additional pet fee for your entire stay, AND there is a 2 night minimum any day of the week, when a pet is included.
BEDDING: There is either ONE king bed or TWO twin beds. Please let us know when making your reservation request what configuration you would like.
