In the WINE COUNTRY, AWARD WINNING RESTAURANTS, Hiking, Biking, Walking paradise. Spacious, full kitchen, great deck for bbq, etc. Backs up to creek. Washer/dryer. Utilities included, wifi, water, gas, garbage, electricity, comcast, netflix. Ceiling fans, you has a small fireplace mini unit, table, for desk or eating, closet, private bathroom. All antiques, big screen tv, great view.

NO SMOKERS or PETS: The bedroom is perfect for 1 or 2 people. KITCHENETTE INCLUDED IN space. Bed is a nice brass bed. Very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Sheets and bedding included. There is a table for 2, used for computer, sitting, or if you choose to eat there. There is a table indoors and outdoors for eating also. There is and electric small fireplace, a huge smart tv with comcast, internet, wifi, Netflix, etc. Regular size closet, very nice dresser and mirror, a big full body mirror also in corner. ceiling fan, big picturesque window with the sunrise, nice view. door has a lock, you have a private bathroom out the small hall, Big waterfall shower head,, full bath, towels included. If you want to use your own that is fine. We can remove anything you dont want. The downstairs has a huge livingroom with a big TV, sitting area, fireplace couch and chairs sitting area, and an eating area with music. Kitchen is huge. Everything anyone needs. (right now with CV19 WE HAVE PUT IN A KITCHENETTE to make sure everyone is SAFE. Dining room we dont use much. Its quite big. Best place is out on the deck, bar stools, bbq, firepit, couch, chairs, ice, table, fully set up for the most time spent there. Great view of forest, creek, wild animals, peaceful, we have about an acre.

You have a private Bedroom and Bathroom. KITCHENETTE has been added due to CV19 rules. We have a great coffee, tea area that is popular. You have a coffee you like we have a place to put it. Tea is already there as well as sugars, etc. Its a great coffee station.We also have tea, hot chocolate with marshmallows, and ciders. Front deck has rocking chairs, people walk for miles around here. Biking here also. We have a parking spot for you.

You can do your own laundry -just bring your detergent and softner, dryer papers, If you want me to do it for you I will, at a small charge. I will use my stuff and fold them for you. Every Sunday we do a BBQ, its BYO. We do tacos, carne asadas, Steaks, Chicken, Fish. We both like to cook. You are welcome to join us and bring what you want to put on the grill. Pablo is a great griller.

There is no better. No streetlights, paved, walking trails, close to what we need, very quiet, safe, no crime, people are friendly, walk their dogs, upper class neighborhood, private road, only people that live here are allowed. Very Very Very NICE...

Pablo and I have been married 19 years, I am a Teacher he is a General Manager. We have been to 53 countries and lived in 5. We are very quiet, non smokers/drugs. We have a small Dachshund, Jasper, very well mannered and a Cat, Bella, Egyptian pure white whom has never been outside. Both are very well behaved, and loved, have no idea they are not human. We owned 11 English Academies for over 15 years and sold them in 2015. We bought a home in Palmyra Virginia, on Lake Monticello. We are right outside Charlottesville, near the blue ridge mountains and American History with Jefferson's home Monticello a few miles up the road. The wine tours, beer brewery tours are a few miles from us. We love our 1 acre Colonial Home that backs up to the creek and loaded with wildlife all over front and back. Deer, birds, rabbits, squirrels, turtles and many more from the Animal Kingdom visit us daily for a meal. We both cook and love to do so. Our favorite place is on our deck. We spend a lot of time there with the firepit, bbq, sitting area overlooking paradise.

We are very private people, and we respect the privacy of others. We have traveled the world and met people from around the world. We are easy-going. We go to the gym daily, eat out few days a week, cook other days. If you love cooking we love new ideas, recipes and love to try different foods. We dont allow smoking, drugs, weapons. We have the best washer and dryer on the market. You will love it.
