Large, private studio apartment on the first floor. It has a private entrance, living room, bathroom, and coffee/tea/cocoa station, and a refrigerator with freezer. No stairs to climb and no neighbors.
One queen size bed for 2 two guests (with memory-foam mattress for extra comfort). We can accommodate additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room for an additional $15 charge.
The suite has a large bathroom, washer and dryer, and two large closets as well. You also have access to clubhouse amenities such as the neighborhood pool, tennis court, and small kids park (in the summer only).

Private guest access is to the right side of the house with a walkway to the room!
Host will be present most of the time.

The pool is closed for the season. The garage is attached to the room, so please keep in mind that the garage door opening and closing will be the only mild noise.
No partying or meetings at the room.
