Smoking is strictly prohibited inside . However, guests can smoke in small balcony .

You will need a card to access secured parking area . Card will be left at condo . Please let me know ahead of time if you will be needing parking space. You will need to plan to have sufficient time to return keys upstairs before leaving .
There is a Ring surveillance device facing exterior of condo entrance door. This device is there for your protection as well as condo’s protection .
In light of recent covid19 issues, we have taken all precautions to ensure a healthy stay . Pool currently closed until further notice
