- BEDROOM: elegant bedroom equipped with a queen bed and wardrobe.
- BATHROOM: with shower, WC and bidet.
Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: independent heating with heat pumps, TV, WI-FI, air conditioning (in the bedroom, living room and kitchen), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
Cot and high chair available upon request.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.
For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

At about 1.4 km, in Via Riviera Dionisio il Grande, there is the Zen Solarium, on a breathtaking cliff, while in Ortygia during the summer season it is possible to find refreshment in the beach of Calarossa, at the Solarium Forte Vigliena, the Solarium of the Sbarcadero Santa Lucia or the more recent Solarium Sette Scogli.
