Beautiful, comfy and bright 48m² 2-room apartment; cozy and very quiet; all equipped; fast WiFi.
Very short walk to old town; within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping centres.
Solaris shopping centre - 4 min walk distance.
Bus, tram, trolley stops less than 5 min walk distance.
Paid parking in front of the house.
From the windows you can see Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.

In the apartment there is an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, 1 bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Both the bedroom and hallway have large built-in wardrobes.
In the bedroom there is a double bed: 160x200cm.
In the living room there is a sofa bed which can be opened for sleeping, it measures 110x196cm and fits 1 person comfortably (or 2 people uncomfortably :)).
There is also an extra floor mattress - if the apt. is booked for 4 people.

You can check in by yourself - there is a lockbox in front of the building and I will send you all the instructions before your stay.
If you prefer to meet me in person to hand over the keys, feel free to let me know and I will be available to do that.

Please note that there are 5 channels on the TV - so if TV is very important for you during your stay, this is something to consider.
However, there is free and unlimited WiFi, so you can watch Netflix etc from your computer/tablet as much as you like.
