We just completed renovating this 1929 brick apartment building! Beautiful hardwood floors, brand new high efficiency heating & cooling, fast 200 mbps WiFi for work or entertainment, ceiling fans all set in a quiet beautiful park like setting!

-We have a one dog, 40lb max policy. You must clean up after them inside and outside.
-We require a $40 pet fee.
-We do not allow cats.
-Please be mindful of other guests and keep all noise to a minimum at all times. Parties and or loud music will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund if we receive a noise complaint.
-No smoking of any kind in the apartment or anywhere in the building. You will be charged $250 for smoking inside.
-Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. There are pots located by all entrances and by the trash cans, please dispose of them properly.
-For the safety and security of all guests, tenants, and the property a security camera is in the common area stairwell only.
-Please do not rearrange the furniture.
-If you need an air mattress or a pack n play we can provide them for $5 per day.
