Maly Dam is a great house with parking and a garden. You will find it is perfectly located for many Nottingham attractions. Great for families, couples, contractors. It is situated in a small suburb of Nottingham which has a friendly vibe. The house has complimentary WI-FI for your enjoyment and to keep the kids entertained!

There is a comfortable lounge area with enough seating for everyone to enjoy. In the dining room there is a table for everyone to eat together and six chairs. Here you will also find an extra foldout bed for an extra guest.
The kitchen has all the amenities you should need including integrated fridge freezer, integrated oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer. If there is anything you need that is not there, please ask.
Bedroom one has a comfortable double and single bed and space to hang your clothes. Bedroom two has two comfortable single beds and drawers for your convenience. In the bathroom you will find a bath to relax in, a shower, sink and WC.
Outside there is a lovely back garden with a patio and a lawn, and outdoor seating where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine whilst the children play.
