With just 5 minutes away from the beach and restaurants, you’ll definitely enjoy your time here. Downtown West Palm Beach is about 12 mins away if you want some nightlife. The city is not as fast as Miami but there’s still a lot to do in this area which is one of the reasons why I live here, great restaurants, shopping, and very nice beaches. Also home of the Houston Astros and the Washington Nationals for spring training.

I’m originally from Jamaica. Have been living in America for over 24 years. I’m a veteran of the United States Army. I’ve worked in the IT industry for 19 years. The last 5 years I concentrated in IT Project management. I recently transitioned to do real estate which is one of my lifelong passions. I don’t mind socializing with guests but I try to let my guests enjoy their time here. I will stop in occasionally to feed my chickens but I'm usually in and out try my best not to disturb guests and I will give advance notice before showing up. I’m available to answer questions so message me through the Airbnb app, send me a quick text, or call my cell I mostly respond promptly.
