The home has recently been remodeled and is beautifully modern, spacious and comfortable.
There is a completely private screened pool with relaxing deck for sunbathing and alfresco dining.
The property has 3 flat screen tv’s and unlimited hi speed internet and wi-fi.
The home has 5 bedrooms: a King size master suite with private attached bathroom and one further queen bedroom and bathroom on the found floor. At the top of the grand staircase is an open plan office area with views, a further 3 bedrooms; one full and two with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
The dining area is modern and tranquil and a great place for discussing the day and planning tomorrow’s activities. In addition there is also a breakfast bar and in-kitchen dining at the table overlooking the pool and deck. The self-catering kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, smoothie blender, waste disposal, and features a large pantry. For your convenience, the property comes equipped with an easy to use full size, washer and separate dryer. The living room overlooks the pool and deck area and has hugely relaxing couches and a large flat screen tv.
The master bedroom has a private attached bathroom and all bedrooms have oversized or walk in closets. Most importantly and of course a necessity in the Florida sub-tropical climate... the home is fully air conditioned throughout.
