Heating and Air: this is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. Individual units are in each room. The plates on top of the unit can be flipped up to control the fan speed. In the fall and spring the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.

Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit.
