Beautiful 3 bedroom linked villa with a garden, traditional brick built bbq, terraces, air conditioning and excellent wifi. Located in a great location within the village of Cabanas de Tavira in the popular O Pomar Holiday resort.

Villa Colibri is a simply stunning 3 bedroom townhouse stye villa, located at the immensely popular O Pomar Resort in Cabanas de Tavira. Equipped with air conditioning and wifi and just short walk to the swimming pool and O Pomar Village square this is a fantastic villa in a perfect location for an easy and relaxed holiday any time of the year.

Entrance
This 3 bedroom townhouse has its own front door with in a small, walled front entrance. The sold wood door with inter com opens up into a hallway of the house leading to the open plan, bright ground floor living space.

Living Space
From the small hallway with a lightwood sideboard with modern stylish ornaments and a place to store your holiday novel. Along with the stairs to the upper floors on the left the ground floor opens up into a large light and airy living space with plenty of natural light. On the left and opposite the door to the kitchen is a large glass topped table with natural wood legs surrounded by 6 fashionable grey and natural wood dining chairs. Towards the back of the house and nearest to the sliding french windows out to the patio and garden you will find 2 grey fabric sofas match with smart and chic stylish mustard yellow cushions.

The sofas assist to add separate areas to the open plan space by surrounding a large flat screen smart television set on a modern glass tv unit. The television offers a selection of Portuguese and European tv channels and can be used with your tablet.

Decoration of our 3 bedroom townhouse has been kept simple yet stylish with soft cream walls and light floor tiles. Colour has been added with soft furnishing to include pleasant grey voile curtains surrounding the french windows and large colourful pictures on the walls.

Kitchen
A door to the right of the living space as you enter takes you into a large separate fitted kitchen. This room is extremely modern and supplied with everything you could possible need for an easy relaxed holiday with as much cooking if you wish. We have taken into consideration that you may enjoy sampling the delights from the fresh grocery and fish markets and have made sure there are plenty of pots, pans, utensil and items you might need to create some wonderful dishes.

The kitchen offers plenty of fitted cupboard in a rich dark wood at lower level and white cupboard doors at eye level making the kitchen warm but light in its feel. Dark grey speckled marble work surface keep the smart theme going throughout the kitchen and here you will find a kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine.

Set into the marble worktop is a halogen hob with 4 rings and to the right is a fitted eye level oven and microwave above. the kitchen also offers a full size fridge freezer, integral dishwasher, washing machine and a chrome sink and a chrome mixer tap with a smaller sink beside the drainer.

Leading from the kitchen is a back door that gives access to a small terrace outside the kitchen with a proper and traditional brick built bbq. This type of bbq is fantastic for creating the best bbq food and in a perfect location from the kitchen.

Bedroom and Bathrooms
Villa Colibri is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa laid out over 3 floors. Starting with the master bedroom on the top and third floor. Marble steps climb to the third floor which is soley for the master en suite bedroom. Upon entering the bedroom soft laminate floors and warm cream walls make this space comfortable and simple. A double bed is set in the centre fo the bedroom with A up to date grey fabric headboard and matching bedside drawers one each side of the bed in clean, bright white. Each chest of drawers hold a lamp in a dark grey to match the headboard. Towards the front of the bedroom is a large dressing space with a full wall of fitted wardrobes and floor to ceiling mirror. Opposite the wardrobes is a crisp white dressing table and chair, a perfect spot for makeup and cosmetics. To the front of the room is fresh windows that lead out on to a super private terrace that is perfect for catching the morning sun. Here we have placed a small table and chairs for you to be able to enjoy a quiet moment in the sun in the morning. As you enter the master en suite bedroom to the left is an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower with glass screens, a white ceramic toilet and also a white ceramic basin set into a modern floating vanity unit with a glass fronted cupboard and dark wood feature. Overhead is a nice large mirror for your use. Beside the bathroom door is a door leading to another private terrace, perfect for the downing sun of an evening.

Heading down to the first floor is where the twin bedrooms are placed, one faces to the front of the 3 bedroom villa and the other faces to the rear of the 3 bedroom townhouse.

Starting with the bedroom at the rear, it is laid out with 2 single beds with a smart white bedside unit in the centre with a reading lamp and space for that holiday novel. French windows allow access to a terrace with a table and chairs. The terrace overlook the garden and paths leading to the O Pomar square and swimming pool. Here is a perfect place to watch to sun go down after a busy day sightseeing or a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach. The en suite bathroom offers a full-size bath and over head shower and a smart glass screen. The bathroom offers a toilet and basin set into a vanity unit with a glass fronted cupboard to keep cosmetic and toiletries and a lovely over head mirror.

The last bedroom face to the front of the 3 bedroom townhouse and overlooks a quit road that the house is set on. Offering 2 single beds with a bedside table in the centre this bedroom is a mirror of the second bedroom with modern smart furnishings, percent for a comfortable holiday home. A door leads into an en suite bathroom with a large walking shower, toilet and basin set in a vanity unit and mirror above. The bathrooms are all exceptionally well finished with a mix of stone white tiles and dark mosaic tiles with clean white tiled floors.

Each bedroom is equipped with shutters to keep the rooms dark and cool at night in the summer months. An air conditioning unit is also installed in each room. These are modern and efficient units that can offer either cooling air in the summer or cosy warming air in the winter months. Villa Colibri is designed to be used any time of the year and make a great holiday base for summer holidays with the family or a spacious hide home for maybe a golfing holiday.

Private Terraces and Garden
Villa Colibri this fantastic 3 bedroom linked townhouse has plenty of outside space to enjoy. Leading from the kitchen is a paved terrace with a bbq perfect for some alfresco cooking. leading from the living room is huge sliding windows that lead onto a patio with a garden table and chairs to seat 6. Beyond the terrace is a private garden surrounded by a low privet hedge that allows access to the cobbled paths that lead to the play area and on to the O Pomar square and swimming pool. meaning there is no need to venture on to a road. The garden is laid to grass and in the centre is a wonderful old olive tree reminding you that you are on a wonderful holiday in Portugal land of olives!

Each bedroom offers a terrace to enjoy. The terraces to the front of the house look across a quiet road only needed for the houses. This side of the 3 bedroom villa benefits from the rising morning sun. The rear bedroom offers a covered terrace overlooking the garden and play area and takes in the sunsets and evening sun, perfect to relax and enjoy an aperitif before heading out to dinner. the master bedroom has the added luxury of both aspects and terraces to the front and rear of the 3 bedroom villa.

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
This fantastic 3 bedroom townhouse lays within the very popular holiday Village on O Pomar. This area is a selection of low level block of apartments and houses built to an exceptionally good standard and well kept and maintained with bright colours and a pleasant aspect for each home. O Pomar has its own village square surrounded by palm trees and a central fountain. Each side is lawned gardens and shrubs making it a relaxing and enjoyable place. Around the square is a variety of places to enjoy including a bar, restaurants, local shop, Gym and other great spaces.

The swimming pool is fenced making it a pleasant safe place to enjoy. Surrounding the house pool its self is a selection of sun loungers for your use. The pool is divided into 2 parts and offers plenty of bathing space for all with deeper parts and shallow parts, great for young children.

The whole Village of O Pomar has been especially designed to provide open spaces and gardens to achieve a relaxing and easy atmosphere. The Village is set with in the heart of Cabans de Tavira and is a short, flat 15 minute walk to the popular sea front and promenade with a fantastic choice of restaurants cafes, shops and more. Here is access to the beach and a variety fo boats trips and more.

Facilities
Villa Colibri a 3 bedroom linked townhouse offers smart and simple holiday living any time of the year. The 3 bedroom villa offers plenty of modern and pleasant living space over 3 floors with a simply stunning master bedroom at the top floor. The kitchen facilities are modern and up to date and there is shutters and fly nets on the doors and windows along with air conditioning and a good wifi service. Being in the inter of Cabans de Tavira it is in a great location for a fabulous holiday and although there is off road parking at the front of the 2 bedroom townhouse there is actually ne need to hire a car. There is plenty of taxis, Uber and buses and the train station is around a 5 minute walk.

Our lovely 3 bedroom linked townhouse comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Villa Colibri. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. Paymnet will be locally in cash please.

High chairs €5 per night.
 
Bicycle Hire
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. 
Car Hire
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.
Airport Transfers
We use a fantastic Airport Transfer Company called Sunline. They offer a smart and efficient personalised service and we are proud to be connected with them. Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

位置

Cabanas de Tavira、葡萄牙

Villa Colibri is located in Cabanas near Tavira and in the region of the East Algarve. A wonderful unspoilt part of the Algarve offering some wonderful places to visit and things to do.

Cabanas is a traditional old fishing village and now mainly open to tourists due to the unspoilt nature of the village, beaches and area. Cabanas offers a really relaxed vibe in both Summer and Winter months. In the Summer it makes for a perfect location for a family beach holiday or just a great place to visit the beach islands and enjoy the slow pace of life. Various excursions are on offer including visits to the famous Pego do Inferno water falls, Dolphin watching, cycle trips, horse riding and, of course golf!

In the Winter Cabanas becomes a mecca for those looking for some Winter sun and also for the golfers as the courses in and around Cabanas are excellent but a fraction of the prices of those further up the coats at Quinta do Lago.

The old Roman City of Tavira is beautiful with a river running through the centre and to the sea. Shaded cobbled streets and squares offer super pavement cafes, great places to sit, drink coffee or an ices cold beer maybe and watch the world go by. Take a visit to the castle at the top of the town and enjoy looking down over the roofs and try spotting the many churches! In summer Tavira bustles with activity and street entertainment with craft stalls and lots too see and do. here you will also some some simply amazing places to eat, so enjoy!

Further up the coast Fuseta is a wonderful old fishing village and a fantastic beach.

Carry on again and find Olhao. This is again famous for fishing and is still pretty much the main activity to this day. Olhao is old, rustic and very down to earth. My favourite day to visit is a Saturday morning when the daily market bursts at the seams and the farmers market takes place around the outside of the buildings. Also at the same time is a gypsy market for you to ran a a bargain.

The capital City of the Algarve, Faro is also a wonderful destination choice with a fabulous walled city and marina.

Head East and before you reach Spain try out Monte Gordo and the Casino, Castro Marim and the wonderful tranquil delicate town of Vila Real. I love to cross the border into Spain and spend some time eating fresh seafood in Ayamonte.

Arrival Day
We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have. 
 
Departure Day
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
 
Our "All important" Welcome book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
