As a guest you will have access to the entire apartment as well as all the building facilities such as:
*The restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor.
*The laundromat on the first floor which consists of washers and dryers.
*The full fourth floor which consists of ample communal seating areas, communal lounge, pool table, smoking deck, pool on the patio as well as the amazing pool bar!
*You have a privately allocated parking bay in the modernized parking garage which is only for you! If anyone uses your spot, they will be clamped, so you will never have that additional stress!

Kindly Note: We request IDs before arrival.
This is purely for security purposes to arrange with security to grant you access into the building. It is also for health and safety reasons in the case of a fire or any natural disaster, that all individuals will be accounted for.

The washing machine and dryer is R25.00 per load.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 pm - 07:00 am. No parties are permitted.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS: Strict Covid-19 Regulations will remain in place:

a. All visitors and guests will be screened at the security reception.
b. Any person entering the WEX1 Building will need to wear a face mask at all times when moving in the common areas of the WEX1. (any person who fails to wear a face mask will be issued a warning and further action will be taken upon the next offence.)
c. Only 4x people per time will be allowed to use the lift.
d. With reference to the current curfew time of 24h00, all visitors will be instructed to leave the WEX1 by not later than 23h00.
e. Social distancing will remain in place.
f. The 4th floor pool deck area will be open from 07h00 – 21h00 with strict social distancing precautions. Also, note that no more than 20x people will be allowed on the deck area.
g. The pool will be open from 07h00 – 21h00 and will not allow more than 5x people per time to use the pool.
h. The Gym will be open from 06h00 – 21h00 with strict social distancing precautions, no more than 5x people per time will be allowed to use the Gym area
