Our unit is located at the 8th floor of Marina Spatial Filinvest Dumaguete. We provide fully furnished place where our guests can take a good and relaxing place to rest and cook with their favorite dish, but there are lots of restaurants too to choose around.
Our unit is facing in the mountain scenery from the bedrooms. We have 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to max 5pax but per approval by our administration.

Our condo unit has FREE Unlimited Wi-Fi access only for our guests, Cignal Cable to watch your favorite channels, PLDT landline telephone, kitchenette, where you can prepare your food. We also provide rice cooker, refrigerator, induction stove, cooking utensils, electric kettle and others

To all our respected clients, please don't forget to email your Medical Certificate or Barangay Certificate and 1 Valid ID to each guests at least 1day before arrival date.
Then please bring with you the hard copy of these requirements for the security verification.

We also request our guests to please prepare your original medical/health certificate issued by our local unit or visit any Barangay Center for (FREE of CHARGE) to get this Certificate, kindly attach one (1) Government ID too.
