be aware that just in the rare event that you cannot download the kevo app. or receive the virtual keys, we do have key-fobs available to you with a cash deposit of $75 each to cover the possibility of damage or loss. [these are unique key-fobs to our door lock system]
in some rare events we will be requesting you to show identification when you check-in to verify that it was your account that performed the reservation and not a third party.
[one of the reasons could be because you have not provided a clear photo of yourself on your airbnb profile page etc.]
[absolutely no third party bookings will be allowed, only your very own verified airbnb account will be accepted for reservations]
please note: luggage service [early drop off or late pick up] is available upon request and in advance. [it will depend on our schedule and if we are available, we can't guarantee, we will be home before check in or after check out but just let us know your intentions please][if you do leave luggage or property with us, make sure you declare all high value items first in order to protect both guests and the hosts]
there will be no mail service or package service delivery to the home. there are amazon lockers in the neighborhood along with nearby ups, fedex & usps facilities for your convenience.
