This is a 32' 2014 camper in a nice quiet setting. Self contained. Private 28 acres with 11.5 acre lake. Two other campsites and main house on property. Seasonal from May 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs, outdoor cooking station, outdoor shower, . No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.
