This place was originally made for our family and us. However, after couple months we decided that we should make our place remarkable by its look and unique design. So now, with couple years dealing with the guests and hosting experience, we find ourselves really comfortable with helping other people have memorable holidays.
Kolasin is an amazing city, with so many landmarks, mountain views and natural landscapes that you will leave you speechless.
In the house, the guests will find all necessary amenities starting from the heating, A/C, free Wi Fi, parking spot and many more. If there is something that is missing there, we are here to provide it for you.

Kalina name of the house was given by the name of the trees growing in our front yard.
On the main entrance of the house there is a small terrace with a big table surrounded by chairs, along with the BBQ facilities.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony, private parking , garden and many more other options. Kitchen is fully equipped so our guests won't have problems while preparing their favourite delicious meals. In the kitchen, there is also a small dining table with chairs. Also in the common area there is a LCD TV with all satelite channels.
Two bedrooms contain king size beds, in third room is one single bed and in forth room is one double bed and one single bed.

COVID-19 update: Montenegro officially declared no official restrictions (negative tests, self-isolation) when it comes to entering the country from any other country.
The city tax is not included in accommodation price. It is 1 EUR per adult per day and it is obligatory for anyone staying longer than 4 days. If a person travels between cities in Montenegro, city tax should be paid for each city separately.
The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
