The apartment is located in the heart of Schwabing (very central) right on Hohenzollernplatz. The room is very spacious and offers the perfect place for 4 guests to explore the city or enjoy the Oktoberfest. The apartment is a shared flat. We are a very international residential community that speaks four languages (EN, SP, DEU). My roommates are very helpful and will be happy to give you tips and recommendations, so you can really enjoy Munich and the Oktoberfest.

I am looking forward to guests who want to get to know Munich. I also like to offer it to groups who want to enjoy the Oktoberfest comfortably. What I don't want out of respect for my roommates and the other residents are drinking groups who don't follow the house rules.
