We are situated in a peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, but only 5 miles from Oxford’s dreaming spires.
It is ideally located for exploring both the Cotswolds and the Chilterns, and is the perfect spot for a romantic break or tranquil retreat. Le Manoir aux Quat´ Saisons is three miles from us.
The guest annex is newly converted, with an open plan living space including an en-suite and tea and coffee making facilities.

The guest annex is newly converted, with an open plan living and sleeping space comprising a kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa and small space with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities - please note there is no microwave or stove in the annex.
Guests can also enjoy their own private entrance, parking space (located immediately beside the property) and the convenience of collecting keys via a lock box once they have arrived.
**Due to the house having a thatched roof we politely remind all guests that smoking anywhere on our premises is strictly not allowed - this includes all indoor and outdoor spaces as it poses a significant fire risk.**

Please note, access to the wider garden is not permitted.
There is strictly no smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside the property, including the patio area.
