Historic building downtown is home to a cute and efficient unit that sleeps up to 4 guests. This flat is steps from the Seattle waterfront, Pike Place Market, Gum Wall and the Seattle Art Museum. We strive to make your stay comfortable so it is packed with tiny extras like coffee, TV subscriptions and extra blankets. The unit pictured is similar to the unit you will be staying in.

There are a variety of spots to sit and chill out or to get some work done if you're here for business. A cafe table is placed in front of airy windows so you can peek at Seattle's great wheel while you sip coffee and have breakfast at home.

Keeping track of your keys during your stay is extremely important. Please follow check in and check out instructions regarding lockbox access to pick up and drop off the keys. Building fees for lockouts during business hours 9-5pm M-F is $60 and after hours is $200. These are not my fees but the building management's!

I’m an architect dwelling in the city of Seattle. If I’m not working on our next project, I’m at happy hour, or at home for a nice dinner and a movie. My favorite things to do are explore what's new and hike. I lived in LA for 5 years and moved to Seattle about 2 years ago, so exploring our city is still new and fun.
