Our home is 3400 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor and additional sleeping space for up to 4 people on the 3rd floor. Awesome kitchen/great room combo that leads to a beautiful patio with dining and lounge seating and a fire pit. Laundry is in the basement and accessible to guests. A main floor office could also be used as an additional private sleeping space.
