Beautiful home with amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. Just 15 mins to light rail that will take you to downtown Denver and all the way to the airport. Gorgeous park located just at the end of the street. Coffee station available for guest use. Family lives in the home, 2 teens at school and husband works during the day. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

The room has a full bed and a twin bed. You will find a mini fridge with bottled water in the room. There is a Roku TV and a space heater for the cooler winter nights. A ceiling fan with central air will keep you cool in Summer. You have access to the kitchen and dining areas, use of microwave, ice and water in the fridge door and a coffee station. Updated shared bathroom with your own sink (shared if guests are staying in room #1) shared shower.

The day prior to your check in, I’ll provide you with a code to enter our home. I will do my best to greet you and show you your space and answer any questions. The chihuahuas WILL bark but I kennel them. The cats are friendly but aloof. One cat lives upstairs as he is special needs. Keep your door closed if you do not want interaction with him.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and mature trees. Our street dead ends to a beautiful park. We are just a short 10 min drive to Old town Arvada which has quaint coffee shops and shopping.

住宿期間
I will be available to answer questions. We like to respect the privacy of our guests. I will be available to answer any questions. I don’t mind guest interaction but also respect privacy of guests as well. Husband works and will be gone from 10-6. Teenagers (16 & 18) will be working or doing online schooling from 7am-3pm. Occasionally the kids work in the evening. We have 3 friendly cats and 2 chihuahuas that are friendly once they get to sniff you lol
