Welcome to Island Time. Our property makes you feel like you are on Island Time, so sit back relax and enjoy your vacation. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has everything you can expect on a beach vacation. Enjoy beach/ Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful sunsets from your lanai. Located at the North end of Fort Myers Beach, right next to Bowditch Park and a very short walk to the famous Time Square area and pier. Condo includes all the essentials of home, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens and towels. Beautiful has many new upgrades including new upgraded tile throughout the condo, recessed can lighting, and new very comfortable outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom and bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs and BBQ.
Please note during winter season months (mid December to mid April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a one week minimum.

There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations.

There is a $100.00 fee for cancellation made before 60 days before the arrival date. All cancellations within 60 days of arrival date are subject to a loss unless we are able to re-book the reservation. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
