Interesting historical house built at 1872 year, situated at the center of Prague 2, at Vinohrady district, close to metro I.Pavlova, only one stop from Wenceslas square, and tram station Bruselská, or 10 minute on foot to Wenceslas square. You can find many shops, caffe, pubs etc. around.
The flat has 1 bedroom with 4 beds, 1 kitchen with dining room and sofa/possible to sleep for one person if need,extra charge/,balcony, bathroom and toilet. Feel free to contact me for further information.

Check in after 21.00pm will be charge 6,-Euro = 160,-Kč
Check out after 11.00am will be charge 6,-Euro = 160,-Kč
If you have a noise party after 22.00pm you will be charge 100,-Euro = 2 666,-Kč
There is a night silence 22.00pm - 06.00am. Please keep on silence, there are small chidren at the house.
Also is not allow bringing more people/friends to the apartment which are not registered in the reservation.
Is possible to take extra person/bed/, it will be charge 6,-Euro = 160,-Kč
No smoking in the whole flat and/or building is allowed, not in common areas and neither in room or bathroom, or kitchen.
Please if you here for more than 4 days water the flowers.
Ventilate the rooms, but close the windows when you leaving.
There is a new law in Czech Republic. Praha is concerning city taxes.
The city tax is 21,-Kč per day and per person, with the exception of the arrival day, which is not included in the city tax, on the other hand you have to pay for the check out day. The city tax is paid by individuals temporarily staying is spas and places of turism for the purpose of treatment or recreation, if such person can show or prove another reason for your stay then mentioned.
The following persons are excluded of city tax
1) persons blind, helpless and persons with severe disabilities who are holders of ZTP/P under a special law and their assistants
2) persons under 18 years of age and older than 70 years or to which they belong allowances for children(educational)
3) or conscripts and persons performing community service.
Payment on arriwing day. We will pay the tax to the City Council to the city of Praha.
