To ensure this property is CLEAN and SAFE for your arrival, we are disinfecting all areas including furniture, mattresses, pillows, surfaces, cabinets, drawers, air conditioning filters, and fans using a non-toxic, hospital-grade antibacterial product.

Large one bedroom, two bathroom condo located inside of Rincon de Almas – one of Zona Romantica’s newest condo developments. Walk to the beach and the best restaurants, shops, and galleries Vallarta has to offer.
The condo’s professionally designed interior provides style, comfort, and connectivity. The king-size bed and quality mattress ensure you a good night’s rest while the Smart TV and WiFi keep you entertained and connected to life back home (if you chose to be).
The fully-equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Oven and stove, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster are at your disposal with seating for up to 4.
Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and IPTV service with all of your favorite news, sports, and entertainment channels. WiFI is available throughout the condo so you can stay connected to business back home if you need to.
Accommodates up to 3 adults, extra linens and pillows are provided to use the sofa bed in the living area.

NOTE: The gym is currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Rincon de Alma’s rooftop is stunning. It features 360-degree views of Puerto Vallarta’s sparkling blue Bay of Banderas and its lush green mountains. Swim laps in the large pool and work off last night’s tacos in the fitness center.

The number of outside visitors is limited to 2 per day and they are not allowed in the common areas. The usage of the gym is by appointment. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. A construction project is ongoing nearby and may cause noise during business hours. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
The US Centers for Disease Control (effective 26-Jan-2021) and Canada Transport Ministry (effective 7-Jan-2021) have issued new requirements that individuals flying into either country must have a negative COVID-19 test before boarding a plane bound for the United States or Canada. COVID-19 tests are readily available in Puerto Vallarta, and our team is available to help answer questions and make appointments on behalf of your group.

The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only a handful of blocks south of the property.
The beach is also a short walk and you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

I'm Dash and I work with a team of wonderful individuals to provide memorable vacation experiences in Puerto Vallarta. Together, we are the Lifestyle Properties team. I'm a San Diego native that moved to Puerto Vallarta in 2016 to create a new life for myself. I spend most of my time leading our property management team and taking care of guests but in my free time, you'll find me at the beach, taking photos, or riding a OneWheel on the Malecon. I love all things active and water-related and know some of the best spots to discover waterfalls, see exotic marine life, and chill out on white-sand beaches - don't be shy to ask for recommendations! Living in Vallarta is a fantastic cultural experience and I strongly believe in it as a destination. There are several layers to Vallarta and it gets better with each one that you peel back.
