Hello! I manage and operate FUJI-AKATSUKI at Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. When I first traveled to Kawaguchiko, I was very impressed to see the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from the room of the hotel. I thought that spending the same time slowly with nature was very valuable, and someday I wanted to create a space with a similar feeling. “FUJI-AKATSUKI” named it after thinking of the scene of “Akatsuki※” illuminating Mt. Fuji that dawns the “opening” of the accommodation facility in Kawaguchiko, which was my wish.
