Very bright and spacious cozy space over 2000sq ft with all amenities right in the core of downtown Bracebridge. Enjoy local shops, restaurants and all the festivals that Bracebridge has to offer including Fire and Ice and the skating rink in the park just down the street. Lots of parking and space for people with trailers who enjoy sledding trails are minutes away and the Arena is located right behind the building and hospitals close by. Everything is walking distance.
