Barely noticed, The Hideout is tucked among the trees, along the Bomvu River where it opens out to the Indian Ocean, the beach is 200m walk down the river bank from our private gate. The Hideout offers a secure and quiet place for travelers to stay with a quick, easy barefoot walk to the beaches and all village activities.

The Bus is a cool and funky space looking through the treetops. this area includes a double bed, en suite and a small deck. Stocked with a tea kettle plus mugs, linens and towels are also included. Common area provides a fridge/freezer, utensils and a gas cooker. We also provide secured parking and on site security.

Resident guests have access to the entire facility, except my veggie garden - off limits for everyone. The lawn area is beautiful and offers a field of clover with a private gate providing direct access to the beach. The fire circle is a common area and the deck that looks straight onto the Indian Ocean is also for everyone to enjoy.

Although our space is quiet and peaceful, we are very centrally located (walking distance 2-5 minutes) to all the village's clubs and eating establishments for festivities and events.

Hello Travelers! So glad you all are back on the road again! As with us all, life after Covid has changed, different plans - for the better we think here at The Hideout Coffeebay. Our efforts during lockdown have been focused on providing our guests more privacy with more space, inside our units and in our beautiful gardens. For this year in October, our Bus unit will premier as The Truck Stop, completely remodeled to include a kitchen, living room and en suite as one unit. I am also pleased to welcome two more members to our team, Linda and Villiam. Be safe, travel well and please wear your face mask....
