This beautiful modern studio in a historic neighborhood has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Olympia. The spacious studio includes a full bath, full-size washer and dryer, a separate kitchen, and a separate dining area.
For those of you with an electric car, there's also a level 2 charger available for your charging needs.

The South Capitol Neighborhood is one of the best locations in Olympia. In this neighborhood, designated as a National Historic District in 1991, you can walk down tree-lined streets, admire historic architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens, and make your way to the State's Capitol building. You can also hop on a free bus to downtown where you can enjoy Olympia's quirky shops, local breweries and a variety of bars and restaurants.

I'm originally from Colorado, spent a decade in the Midwest, and then moved to Washington in 2011. My husband, son and I love living in Olympia and are excited to share it with you. Whenever we can get away, we enjoy travelling. While many of our trips are to visit family oversees and in Mexico we're always up for a new adventure.
