Villa is designed to flow to the entertaining area and your private pool. Use the BBQ on the deck to whip up a meal of local seafood, cray is a speciality, and eat in the shade of your entertainment area or recline on a lounger by the pool in the sunshine. Bedroom 1 has a King-sized bed and its own bathroom, the main living area includes a premium kitchen with state of art appliances, both overlooking pool and entertaining area. Bedroom 2 has two king-singles and is next to another bathroom on other side of villa creating maximum privacy for 2 couples or children. (Please be aware, quoted price is for two. $20 for each additional person to cover extra cleaning and laundry.)

Close to cafes and shops or the riverfront. Rent a dingy or mini-cat and sail up the river, take a surf off Blue Holes Beach. Fish off the rocks or jetties or join a fishing charter to catch your dinner. Our glorious National Parks are a short drive away, take a hike or drive to a lookout. Plenty to enjoy for the serious hiker, and the day stroller. Wildflower season is glorious. Make sure you see the morning pelican feeding down on the waterfront. The pink lagoon is half an hour's drive down the coast.

My wife Bren and I are embarking on a sea-change in the breathtaking coastal town of Kalbarri. We've taken over Sols Place Boutique Pool Villas, custom designed and built in 2015 as high-end holiday accomodation by a young local couple.
