Welcome to Pyfrom House! Located on a peaceful hillside estate with beautiful manicured gardens. The house is a short walk to the town with restaurants, coffee shop, banks, grocery and liquor stores all close at hand. This family home is part of a collection of eight beautifully restored nineteenth-century properties.

The ground floor of Pyfrom House consists of an open-plan living area with seating area & flat screen TV, a dining table that comfortably seats 8, and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cook-top and concrete counter-tops with all modern appliances.
There is a master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom on this level, as well as a bedroom with 2 twin beds & ensuite bathroom, plus a further guest powder room.
The upstairs of Pyfrom House features a second master bedroom with outdoor deck, overlooking the lush gardens of this property. The ensuite master bathroom includes a luxurious, step-up deep soaking tub and separate water closet.
There is a second bedroom on this floor with two additional twin beds, and bathroom.
One or two roll-away beds can be added to the Pyfrom House for an additional $50 each, per night.
Amenities at Pyfrom House include flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wireless internet (WiFi), hi-fi stereo, cordless telephone, and off-street parking.

At Squires Estate, your well-being is our top priority. We are taking the Covid-19 virus very seriously and want to ensure your comfort and safety when booking any one of our properties. We have recently amended our cancellation policy to "Moderate", which allows cancellation without penalty, any time up to 5 days ahead of your arrival. We are also enhancing our already first rate cleaning regimen, to ensure all housekeeping staff wear PPE while preparing your vacation rental, as well as supplying our guests with hand soap and sanitizer. We are disinfecting all hard surfaces with approved cleaning agents between stays as we have always done. We are happy to facilitate a seamless, and contact-less check in should you require this, and can also arrange for provisions to be delivered to your rental ahead of your arrival and assist with any other requests that may arise.

Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897. There is also Friday Night Fish Fry, a weekly street/beach party that brings together tourists, second home owners, and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street!
