A wonderful one bedroom apartment on the beach front. It has an uninterrupted sea view.

It’s a complete self-contained apartment on the top floor.
There’s a comfortable living area with a 3 seater sofa to stretch out on, and a recliner to relax while reading or watching the 40 inch flat screen tv which has terrestrial channels, Satellite & Netflix for your enjoyment. It’s also connected to AppleTV, allowing you to stream from compatible devices.
We have equipped the kitchen with a new induction hob, good quality cooking equipment and new cutlery and crockery. There’s a microwave with grill for your convenience.
The apartment has direct views onto the sea and the beautiful beach, the morning sun awaits you for breakfast on the balcony.
Our bed is a large comfortable double , and we use pure cotton bed Linen, plenty of pillows too. There are fluffy towel in the bathroom, plenty of them, bath mats , shampoo and shower gel too, so no need to pack them.
We stock the kitchen for your arrival with tea, coffee, juice, butter, milk, sugar and salt, pepper and olive oil, there’s some chilled wine in the fridge.
Basic cleaning products supplied and plenty of tea towels.

Lyn and myself have been letting in France the last few years, but have now moved to Roquetas de Mar . We knew what we wanted in the way of quality when we holidayed, so have ensured that we fully equip the apartment with everything you would need. It has the latest induction hob, with pans to match, a microwave grill, and a 40” tv with terrestrial and satellite channels, plus AppleTV, enabling you to watch Netflix, or stream from any compatible device.
